  • ACL Tears: Injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee, often resulting from sudden stops, changes in direction, or direct impact.
  • Concussions: Traumatic brain injuries caused by blows to the head, leading to symptoms such as headache, dizziness, nausea, and confusion.
  • Meniscus Tears: Injuries to the cartilage in the knee joint, often caused by twisting or sudden movements, resulting in pain, swelling, and limited range of motion

William the Physio that we saw showed an immense amount of care and attention to detail in regards to the rehabilitation of my grandfathers shoulder.
